Invoices over $500
Card: 50% upfront and 50% on completion (3% card surcharge applies).
Bank transfer: 50% upfront and 50% on completion.
Full payment upfront by bank transfer or cash: receive a 5% discount.

Invoices under $500
Full payment is required before work begins.

Any remaining balance is payable when you collect your item.

We no longer offer courier collection. Once you have received your quotation, please send your item to our studio using a tracked shipping service.

Services include cleaning, structural repair, hardware repair, lining replacement, and bespoke restoration.

Many items can be restored depending on condition. Assessment is required.

Cleaning and conditioning typically takes 2–3 weeks. Turnaround times are estimates and may be earlier or later depending on your item's condition and our workload. We will notify you as soon as your service is complete.

Colour restoration typically takes 3–4 weeks. Hardware, zipper and edge work takes 2–7 weeks depending on the service. Please see our Pricing Guide for the turnaround of each service.
